    Every EmailBison send, open, reply, and bounce can land in the same local SQLite timeline as Smartlead, Instantly, and HeyReach. Your agent reads it directly. No CSV upload.

      Copy your webhook URL

      Open https://app.outreachmagic.io/connections, click EmailBison, then Copy Webhook URL.

      Add the webhook in EmailBison

      In EmailBison, go to Settings → Webhook. Paste your URL, toggle the events below, and click Save.

      • email.sent
      • email.opened
      • email.replied
      • email.bounced

      Map campaigns to workspaces

      In Outreach Magic, map EmailBison campaign names to client workspaces. One webhook URL covers every client on the same EmailBison account.

      Verify with your agent

      After live traffic arrives, ask your agent to sync and query local SQLite:

      Use the Outreach Magic skill. Show reply rate by sender domain for the past 7 days. Sync the database first if data looks stale. Use my local SQLite only. Do not invent metrics.
