    Integrating PlusVibe (pipl.ai) with Outreach Magic lets you sync email outreach events (sends, replies, bounces, category changes, etc.) into one unified timeline. Set your API webhook and fallback workspace so new senders and campaigns map to the correct workspace automatically.

    PlusVibe Webhook Setup (Outreach Magic Integration)

    Follow these steps to connect PlusVibe to Outreach Magic: add your API webhook URL, set the fallback workspace, then configure the webhook in PlusVibe with the right events and campaigns.

      Get your webhook URL and add the API in Outreach Magic

      Go to https://app.outreachmagic.io/integrations/, open the integrations section, and click PlusVibe. Click Copy Webhook URL to copy your unique endpoint. This URL is your API connection from PlusVibe to Outreach Magic.

      Set the current fallback workspace

      In Outreach Magic, set the current fallback workspace for this PlusVibe integration. The fallback workspace is used when a new sender or campaign is seen for the first time—Outreach Magic will assign them to this workspace. If you use per-client workspaces, create one webhook per client (see step 4) so each webhook’s fallback workspace can point to the correct client; then when a new sender or campaign appears on that webhook, it will automatically map to the right workspace.

      Add the webhook in PlusVibe and select campaigns and events

      In PlusVibe, add a new webhook and paste your Outreach Magic webhook URL. Then configure:

      • Campaigns: Select All campaigns, or if this webhook is for one specific client, select only the campaigns for that client.

      Select these events

      • • Email Replies
      • • All Positive Replies
      • • All Emails Sent
      • • All Bounced Emails
      • • All Marked As Categories (Marked as interested, Marked as Not Interested, Marked as Out of Office, etc.)
      • • Uncheck Skip out of office replies
      • • Uncheck Skip autoreplies

      Do not turn on these events

      Multiple clients: one webhook per client

      If you have multiple clients and are not using a single workspace for everyone, create one webhook per client in PlusVibe. For each webhook, assign only the campaigns that belong to that client. In Outreach Magic, set the fallback workspace for that integration to the correct client’s workspace. When a new sender or campaign appears on that webhook, the fallback workspace will automatically set the correct workspace. You can create multiple instances for each platform per client in Outreach Magic (e.g. one PlusVibe instance per client).

    PlusVibe will send events to Outreach Magic in real time. No manual exports or merges needed.

    Email events from PlusVibe appear alongside LinkedIn and other channels in one timeline in Outreach Magic.

    Troubleshooting

    Events not appearing

    • • Verify the webhook URL was copied correctly (no extra spaces or characters).
    • • Confirm all required event types are selected in PlusVibe (replies, sent, bounces, marked as categories).
    • • Ensure "Skip out of office replies" and "Skip autoreplies" are unchecked.
    • • Check the PlusVibe integration view in Outreach Magic for incoming events.
