Connect PlusVibe to Outreach Magic
Webhook setup guide for unified email + LinkedIn outreach analytics
Integrating PlusVibe (pipl.ai) with Outreach Magic lets you sync email outreach events (sends, replies, bounces, category changes, etc.) into one unified timeline. Use one webhook URL for PlusVibe and map campaign names to workspaces in Outreach Magic.

PlusVibe Webhook Setup (Outreach Magic Integration)
Follow these steps to connect PlusVibe to Outreach Magic: copy your webhook URL, map campaigns to workspaces, then paste the URL into PlusVibe with all campaigns and the right event types.

Get your webhook URL and add the API in Outreach Magic
Go to https://app.outreachmagic.io/connections, click PlusVibe, then Copy Webhook URL. Paste that full URL into PlusVibe. The token is already in the path (for example
plusvibe_…).Keep this webhook URL secure. It is unique to your Outreach Magic account and authenticates incoming events from PlusVibe.Screenshot coming soon:

Map campaigns to workspaces
In Outreach Magic, open Workspaces and map PlusVibe campaign names to each client workspace. Events from mapped campaigns route automatically. Set a fallback workspace for campaigns you have not mapped yet.

Add the webhook in PlusVibe and select campaigns and events
In PlusVibe, add a new webhook and paste your Outreach Magic webhook URL. Then configure:
- Campaigns: Select All campaigns. Workspace routing in Outreach Magic separates clients by campaign name.
Events: Select all event types and category labels in PlusVibe. Your instance may show additional custom categories — enable those too. Only leave the two reply types below unchecked.
Enable all of these (plus any custom categories)
- • All Emails Sent (EMAIL_SENT)
- • Email Replies (ALL_EMAIL_REPLIES)
- • All Bounced Emails (BOUNCED_EMAIL)
- • Interested (LEAD_MARKED_AS_INTERESTED)
- • Not Interested (LEAD_MARKED_AS_NOT_INTERESTED)
- • Out of Office (LEAD_MARKED_AS_OUT_OF_OFFICE)
- • Automatic Reply (LEAD_MARKED_AS_AUTOMATIC_REPLY)
- • Meeting Booked (LEAD_MARKED_AS_MEETING_BOOKED)
- • Meeting Completed (LEAD_MARKED_AS_MEETING_COMPLETED)
- • Wrong Person (LEAD_MARKED_AS_WRONG_PERSON)
- • Closed (LEAD_MARKED_AS_CLOSED)
Leave these unchecked
- • All Positive Replies (ALL_POSITIVE_REPLIES) — duplicates ALL_EMAIL_REPLIES
- • First Email Replies (FIRST_EMAIL_REPLIES) — subset of ALL_EMAIL_REPLIES
- • Skip out of office replies — must be unchecked
- • Skip autoreplies — must be unchecked

Multiple clients: map campaigns, not webhooks
Agencies with multiple clients still use one PlusVibe webhook URL. Map each client's campaign names to the right workspace in Outreach Magic. You do not need a separate webhook or PlusVibe integration per client.
Connection active. Once saved, PlusVibe will send events to Outreach Magic and they will appear in your unified timeline and reports.
Keep one PlusVibe webhook with all campaigns selected. Map campaign names to client workspaces at app.outreachmagic.io/workspaces. Events route by campaign, not by webhook URL.
What happens next
Automatic data sync
PlusVibe will send events to Outreach Magic in real time. No manual exports or merges needed.
Unified timeline
Email events from PlusVibe appear alongside LinkedIn and other channels in one timeline in Outreach Magic.
Troubleshooting
Events not appearing
- • Verify the webhook URL was copied correctly (no extra spaces or characters).
- • Confirm all event types and category labels are selected in PlusVibe (including any custom categories), except ALL_POSITIVE_REPLIES and FIRST_EMAIL_REPLIES.
- • Ensure "Skip out of office replies" and "Skip autoreplies" are unchecked.
- • Check the PlusVibe integration view in Outreach Magic for incoming events.
