Export HeyReach Contacts to CSV (Or Ask Your Agent Instead)
Step-by-step HeyReach CSV export from Leads or Dashboard. Plus sync via webhook and export LinkedIn plus email data together from your agent.
You can export HeyReach contacts to CSV from Leads / Lists (three-dots menu → Export to CSV) or download summary metrics from the Dashboard. If you also run email in Smartlead or Instantly, the harder problem is merging LinkedIn and email in one place. That is where sync plus an agent export beats manual CSV stitching.
Why exporting HeyReach data matters
A CSV helps you:
- Import contacts into a CRM for routing
- Build segments by title, industry, tags, or connection status
- Keep a portable backup for audits
- Enroll LinkedIn responders into email sequences
Useful for one channel. Slow when email lives in a different tool and you merge in Sheets every week.
Method 1: Export a lead list (contact-level work)
- Open Leads / Lists and select the list you need.
- (Optional) Combine, intersect, or exclude lists until the set is right.
- Open the three-dots menu and choose Export to CSV.
Filename pattern: heyreach-campaign-name-2026-06-11.csv.
Method 2: Download dashboard metrics (high-level)
- Open Dashboard.
- Set date range and campaigns if needed.
- Download CSV (or PNG/SVG for charts).
Good for rollups. Not a full lead timeline with email touches.
What is typically in a HeyReach CSV
- Name, LinkedIn profile URL, company
- Campaign, list, and tag metadata
- Connection status (e.g. Connected)
- Recent activity timestamps (varies by view)
Common pitfalls
- Duplicates across campaigns. Dedupe on LinkedIn URL before CRM import.
- Inconsistent tags. Standardize tag names so filters work across reps.
- Missing email. LinkedIn URL is the durable key; email may come from another tool.
- Privacy. Respect DNC and unsubscribe flags before multi-channel follow-up.
Stop exporting every Friday
If you run the same HeyReach export every week to answer "who replied?", sync once and ask your agent instead.

HeyReach CSV vs Outreach Magic export
| Typical HeyReach CSV column | What Outreach Magic adds or normalizes |
|---|---|
| LinkedIn URL, connection status | Same row joined with email, email_sent_count, latest_inbound_preview from Smartlead or Instantly |
| Campaign tags only | workspace_stage, lead_sentiment, tags shared schema across clients |
| LinkedIn-only activity | total_replies_count and last_event across email and LinkedIn |
| One-time file | Fresh CSV or Google Sheet whenever your agent syncs |
Field reference
For the full column list (identity, activity, messaging previews, deliverability, and more), see every column your agent can export on our Smartlead export guide, or the schema reference.
You have LinkedIn data. What about email?
Exporting HeyReach plus a Smartlead CSV into one spreadsheet works once. It does not scale across clients and sequencers. Sync both tools, then ask your agent:
Use the Outreach Magic skill.
Show leads in workspace [WORKSPACE]
with LinkedIn replies this week
and any email replies on the same contact.
Export to CSV.
