Step-by-step instructions with screenshots
Overview
For agencies and teams managing multiple senders (email + LinkedIn), bulk-loading accounts via Google Sheets saves hours of manual setup. This workflow is especially useful when onboarding large client workspaces.
Follow this guide to prepare and submit your sender list to Outreach Magic.
Bulk Add Senders via Google Sheet
1. Make a Copy of the Google Sheet Template
Start by copying the official Outreach Magic sender import sheet:

2. Give the Sheet a Name
Rename the sheet so the Outreach Magic team can easily identify your workspace and purpose.

3. Copy the Workspace Name & Workspace ID
Go to your Workspaces page in Outreach Magic and copy:
Workspace Name
Workspace ID
You’ll paste these into every sender row.

4. Add Email Sender Accounts
For email senders, fill out the following fields:
Sender
Platform
Display Name
Workspace Name
Workspace ID
Email Reseller
Server
These values help Outreach Magic group senders, run deliverability analytics, and map events accurately.

5. Add LinkedIn Sender Accounts
For LinkedIn senders, fill out:
Sender
Platform
Display Name
Workspace Name
Workspace ID
You don’t need reseller/server fields for LinkedIn.

Pro Tip
Use the same Display Name for all email + LinkedIn accounts belonging to the same alias.
This allows Outreach Magic to group them together in reporting—hugely helpful for attribution clarity.
6. Share the Spreadsheet With the Outreach Magic Team
Click Share and prepare the sheet for team access.

7. Set Access to “Anyone With Link Can Edit”
Update permissions so the team can upload the senders into your workspace without delay.

8. Send the Link to the Support Team in Slack
Copy the link and share it with Outreach Magic support in your private Slack channel.
This ensures your senders are added quickly and correctly.
