Overview

The Inbound/Outbound Messages report gives you a consolidated view of all communication events across email and LinkedIn. This is essential for understanding engagement trends, monitoring campaign performance, and reviewing message content—key for attribution clarity and multichannel insights.

Follow this guide to access, filter, and export your full message history.

Checking All Inbound / Outbound Messages
1. Open the Reports Page

Navigate to: 👉 https://app.outreachmagic.io/reports/


2. Select a Workspace (or All Workspaces)

Choose All Workspaces or select a specific workspace to narrow your view.

This supports agency workflows where each client sits in its own workspace.


3. Click “View” to Open the Report

Open the detailed report for deeper filtering and analysis.


4. Click “Copywriting” to View Message Content

This opens a panel where you can inspect the full message content for any event.


5. Expand the Window for Easier Reading

Click the expansion icon to increase the size of the message panel.


6. Adjust the Date Range

Use the date picker to review messages for any timeframe—helpful for campaign retros and deliverability reviews.


7. Filter by Platform

Filter messages by channel (e.g., email or LinkedIn) to isolate performance and assess channel-level trends—directly tied to unified reporting.


8. Filter by Campaign

Narrow results by campaign to analyze specific experiments, outreach sequences, or client workloads.


9. Right-Click to Export Data

You can export the entire filtered report via right-click—ideal for deeper analysis or generating client reporting.


10. Export to Google Sheets or Other Destinations

Choose from export options such as Google Sheets, CSV, or other available outputs.
